Returns and Refunds

At Texture Space, we take pride in our meticulous handcrafted artworks. In the rare event of any manufacturing defects or damages, please contact us to initiate a defect assessment within 5 business days of receiving your order. If we determine the validity of the defect claim, we will promptly arrange for either a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns due to color variations. Different devices and monitor settings can result in varying appearances of the same image. Therefore, we do not refund based on color expectations. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend reviewing product images on multiple devices. Feel free to contact us for assistance.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection. We advise thorough measurements of your space and careful size verification before placing an order.
