All our artworks are covered by a 24-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. If you encounter any faults within the warranty period, please contact us and provide photos of the artwork in its current condition. Each warranty claim will be individually assessed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Care Instruction

We advise avoiding direct sunlight and maintaining a moderate humidity level, while also protecting against overly dry environments. In the event of dust accumulation, simply use a dry cloth to gently wipe the artwork clean. It is important to note that the warranty may become void if the customer doesn't follow our care instructions.

No Change of Mind Returns

All our artworks are hand-painted in Sydney, imbued with distinctive textures that make each piece truly unique. We paint each piece after receiving your order, ensuring that is custom-made just for you. Due to this personalized approach, we do not facilitate returns for changes of mind. We eagerly encourage you to contact us before placing an order if you have any queries regarding product specifications or if you wish to ensure that it aligns with your preferences. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are here to assist you in making an informed choice.

Product Defects

All our artworks undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched to ensure their excellence. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives with any defects, we kindly ask that you contact us to initiate a defect assessment within 5 business days of receiving your order. If we determine the validity of the defect claim, we will promptly arrange for either a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
